I’m going to do it! I’m going to enroll in a MSW program. I don’t have much to lose. The student loan debt is less frightening than spending the rest of my life in low paying, dead end jobs. I feel stifled and frustrated with my job choices. I feel a strong need to ‘bump it up a notch.”
As part of the admissions process, I need to write a short essay on a social problem- with solutions. I want to speak out about so many things including therapy abuse, misogyny, ageism, racism, and the plague of sexual harassment/abuse that permeates society. Due to limited page space….I need to keep it short and sweet. I am trying to find a way to sum up what we have experienced as sexually betrayed women…..involved with CASRD men. Do you think this is too complicated? There is so much involved. It seems impossible to sum it up in 3 or 4 paragraphs- but I can try. Do you think this is worth aiming for? I would appreciate any all opinions!
