ParticipantJoAnn,
Your house is gorgeous!!!! It must have been hard to leave but I’d have chosen St. George Island too. I love the beach!!
I am still missing my chatroll. It was on one day for a minute when I first connected but then never again. I miss it. Is there anything you can do to get it back up for me and any others that still don’t see it?
Thanks JoAnn,
Debora

ParticipantHey Deborah,
I’m so sorry that you still can’t access this.
I did write to the company, they are just butt heads. They took over two weeks to get back to me and then all they said was that they wanted to have access to my site to see if I had done anything wrong with the install.
Well, I know I didn’t and you are the only one having problems, so, you would think they would have some suggestions for you.
I really don’t want any more people having access to this site than necessary. My software developers must have access to fix problems that I truly have, but they just work on the back end, not here where all of you are on.
So, I will try to do some research on my own.
What type of computer do you have? Is it windows or Mac? What Operating System (windows 7, Vista, etc).
If you can copy some info for me that would help. If you have a windows machine go to ‘my computer’ and right click ‘properties’. If you can copy and paste that information in an e-mail for me or post it here, that will help.
If it won’t copy, press either f12 or a prt sc key that is on the upper right corner of your keyboard. That will take a picture of your screen. Then just paste it (ctrl V) into an e-mail.
I’ll see what I can do from there. If you have a Mac I’m not sure how to accomplish these things, but I’m sure it’s similar. If you have problems just let me know.
Do you know if you have java installed on your computer? Just do a search for Java download–it’s free. That might be your problem, as I seem to remember a year ago when someone also had a problem with Chatroll.
Anyway, start with the Java and we’ll go from there.
Another thing you might try first is to see if your security program is blocking Chatroll. What kind of anti virus software do you use? That might be the key right there since you said you had access briefly.
Not to worry, we’ll work it out.
Hugs ~ JoAnn
