Tomorrow is Petition for Divorce Day

I meet with my attorney tomorrow at 3:30 to sign petition for divorce. I have sent her numerous E-mails this week telling her which way to go in terms of settlement. She has not responded to me. I also told her I think Steve is changing his port folio – maybe an attempt to hide assets or claim he does not have enough retirement to pay what he has signed to do. She did not respond to me on that either.
If she cancels on me tomorrow, I don’t know what I am going to do. I have to get this done now – I need closure. I guess if she cancels again, I will have to fire her and find another attorney. I am between a rock and a hard place on that, as well, because Steve is responsible for attorney fees. He may balk at getting another attorney and paying him. I am sure my attorney will find a reason not to refund him money for work not completed. I guess my only recourse is to notify the bar association if she renigs again.
She promised me she would not cancel, so send me some good energy everyone~
