My sobmfahex, called today to tell me he wanted this paper signed by me pronto bacause *he* wants to sell
a stock in his 401 k portfolio because it’s at a 52 wk high. Well look here buster, I only got the letter a week and a half ago and it’s for me to sign to forgo the 30 day grace period to evaluate the division of his 401k. I told him I had not had
a chance to review it yet. Then he text me and told me to sign and fax/mail TODAY. WTF???? Who the hell does he think he is? Ugh!!!! I needed to vent.Tell him you can send it to him today, but it will cost him. Just name your price, NAP. Two can play that game. What a jerk.
Hmmmm….as you know Nap, I’m always suspicious of a sobmfahex needing a quick signature on any document with financial or legal implications. What’s that old phrase? “Sign in haste, repent in leisure”? Something like that!

Too bad buddy. You forfeited your right to compulsively buy and sell in and out of your 401K when you performed crimes against your wife, society, and yourself. NAP, do not feel badly if that stock goes down while you’re taking your 30 days. If you have the right to say no, feel free to use that right. That’s why the right is there.
He can just wait his sorry flat shrimpy ass. I’m taking the full 30 days and I hope his stock dives…
If it were me, I’d short the stock and REALLY pray hard it tanks. If it does, YOU make $ and he gets hosed. (Although your mfxhusband might enjoy the hosing part 😉 )
