    Also consider the level of the attorney’s experience. Important to get seasoned attorneys in family law. Are they organized? Will they be the type that will respond promptly to you? Get referrals from divorced friends and attorney friends. Ask them why you should engage them rather than other attorneys. If they can’t answer that question articulately, hmmm…how can they perform in court?

    Northern – hang tough. I’m so sorry that you and the girls were victims of his stuff. Very sad. But time to get tough….did you find a kick ass attorney yet?
