    SE= somatic experiencing, a form of therapy that helps with PTSD

    meh= emotional detachment and disengagement, so when they do something to aggravate you, you respond with “meh”. This is from Chump Lady.

    Urban Dictionary definition of Meh:

    meh
    Meh is used to say whatever, I don’t care, I don’t have an answer, I have nothing else to say, I’m frustrated, not interested or your joke isn’t funny.
    Person 1: Aghhh!!! My penis is falling off..
    Person 2: Meh

    Precisely why we are not “meh” Daisy girl 🙂

    It’s a journey. We have a few miles to go. The map to MEH is confusing and poorly written…think William Faulkner 🙂

    Also hard to get to meh when the thing they do to aggravate you is serve you with court summons.

    meh is a yiddish term that means, “not all that exciting” or “who cares,” something to that effect.
