Hi everyone.
I’m being very emotionally unhealthy and sticking my fingers in my ears and going ‘la la la’ rather than address the drama that’s been going on. However, i will say that nap was the first person who ever chatted to me on the site and i don’t want to lose her or any other sisters for that matter.
Just thought I’d let you all know that my decree nisi was pronounced in court yesterday. My ex has not completed the financial disclosure form (after 8 weeks) so my solicitor has written to him saying either he fills in the form or we will have no choice but to go to court. He offered him an option though. We won’t go to court if he signs the house over to me! He’s got 7 days to reply. Here’s hoping!Bb

I feel like this sa thing has its hand planted firmly in the middle of my back and it is pushing me through life, I keep trying to slap it off but I can’t reach it.

I can completely relate to what you said. Is like living in a SA maze….you keep searching for the door to free you but it is one wrong turn after another? I have had cancer but this is an emotional cancer and I don’t really know how to stop the spread and contain it most days. You can leave them, you can stay with them, you can love them or hate them…..the one thing you cannot easily do is let them go it seems….. Jos! How weird is that? Both of up getting our nisi on the same day! The financial disclosure form is a nightmare, they practically want blood. Bank statements, pay slips, partner’s income (bet she won’t like that!) Details of all insurance policies and details of how much you spend on everything from food to clothing etc. Let’s hope he decides it’s too much trouble. But i doubt it.
