I have included this link in the side menu, but i also thought I should post it here. I use this resource extensively both for myself and when women write to me about how to find a counselor.
After you put in your zip code a list of counselors, along with their bios, specialities and types of insurance they take comes up. It’s a great resource.
I actually found my mother on there… a bit scary, but I’m glad that she’s able to work some at almost 89.
I did not find my own AMAZING therapist who is head of the department at NY Presbyterian, here in Westchester.
It is a great resource however! Thanks so much for posting!
