    Now I’m only 41 and was told today that I’m going to be a grandmother. NO NO NO! For starters, none or my children are MARRIED. And second, I am WAY TOO YOUNG to be a grandma!

    On the bright side, at least he is 21 and will be 22 when the baby comes and not 18; he has his own place and a good job; he has been seeing his girlfriend for 4 years so it’s not a fly by night fling; and lastly, I really love his girlfriend.

    So although I’m not thrilled… It could be worse…

    Congrats!!! It will be fun to have a baby in the family. I hope everyone is excited. I think it’s neat!!!

    Congrats – you are lucky, lots of cuddles & no sleepless nights, lots of fun while you are still able to keep up! I will be ancient by the time I get to be a grandma, hopefully my boys don’t wait too long.

    Yes i am with tanyanz. I look forward to grandbabies. At that age he is young, however well within the range to start having them. I had my daughters at 21, 23 and 33.

    Yep, sounds like it could be alot worse!! Congrats!!! 🙂

    Kim, you are so young and beautiful! They will have the coolest grandma at school!

    But I understand how it may have knocked the wind out of you. Just decide now how much babysitting you will do, so you don’t get swamped with more care-giving.
