Ok. I’ve read about this and I find it a little ironic that the photo shows a man + women partners. I’m sorry, but don’t think thats the case. I think this is actually a bigger risk for any of us partners who had oral sex with our spouses. I do hope for karma, but in the meantime we may want to get some clarification to be sure we are all protecting ourselves correctly
The research shows that men have a much higher risk for throat cancer from HPV than women.
Women have a higher risk for cervical cancer than throat cancer, but the risk is still there. ~ JoAnn
Throat cancer is a very nasty death and often includes bleeding out from ruptured arteries in the neck. I dread having a throat CA patient at hospice for just that reason. It is awful.
This is terrible 🙁 This is a risk we’re all at too…At least most of us I’m sure had oral sex with these men too ya know…and I think about that stuff, like great-now am I supposed to never have oral sex in a healthy relationship that makes me happy because of him?! This sucks…this isn’t good news 🙁

I agree with March. You should’ve told him that it’s from stress and it should pass in 6 mos to a year.
Maybe by then he’d be a goner.
