My cousin passed away

My cousin passed away. Her funeral was held on Saturday. It was so sad as her children who are now young adults shared their story of pain. their father walked out on them when they were all still very young, some of them toddlers. There were 7 of them. He left them to sell their clothing for food. he did awful things to their mum and the children. Their mum died of a broken heart at aged 65. Some of the stories made me feel happy that I am standing up for myself. It’s not easy but it’s possible and I would never have made it to this point without you all. I appreciate you all so very much. On monday I have an appointment to see a new lawyer. Hoping to wrap things up then.
