Hi ladies
Have been meaning to reintroduce myself for sometime
I used annabegins as a code name to secretly spy on my husband on various websites in the beginning and is the email address I used to sign up for this site
I wasn’t sure I would be staying on the site for long and was so embarrassed about this whole s a thing and craved annonymity.
Lately I’ve been taking off my mask. Peeling back they layers, working on me. So to quote one of my all time favorite songs ‘it’s time I re-introduced myself to the world,show them what I’m all about. Even if is just so they can chew me up and turn their heads and spit me out.’ Love me some Jennifer nettles before sugar land!

I think everyone here is so real and intimate, that really a name (or a picture for that matter) hardly matters. But I am glad that we can open up to each other in all these ways. You may or may not want to change the name as it appears next to your avatar. You can do that by editing your profile. If you cannot figure it out and you want to change your screen name just let me know and I will do it for you.
You may want to do something like annabegins-stacy, or just leave it as it is and continue to sign your name as Stacy. We’ll figure it out no matter what you do.

I think it’s awesome that you have reached this comfort zone with us!! I’m Patty but will forever be called Silver or SL, lol, and that’s ok!! When we had our retreat, we all kept accidently using SOS names instead and it was funny! 🙂

And would not be in the place I am now without SOS. The advice on this site has helped me move so much more quickly than I ever would have alone
I would never have stopped with the checking up with the work on me, w the boundaries had I not been given such support and advice here
When my husband came downstairs a few weeks ago and tried to force disclosure on me in that moment, I would not have found my voice and stood u to him the way I did
You are all so very important to me in this process. And it is moving along
I’m fortunate in that my husband is taking this pretty seriously but I needed to realize and be informed that I have to take it just as seriously for things to work out the way they are supposed to for me!

Good for you, Stacy. When I signed up (was it only yesterday?), I had a hard time deciding whether or not to hide my identity, so I can totally relate to why you would want that protection until you felt safe.
You did nothing wrong; you have no reason to be embarrassed.

you had just introduced me to Jennifer Nettles ( I have to admit I have very little eduction in music 🙂 and she seems to be another powerful inspiring woman.
