    NAP, totally and completely get the vacuum thing. My house could be filthy, but if my floors are vacuumed, all is well with the world. This also stems from my mom, who was a clean freak. I come from a family of 8 kids, so this was no small feat 🙂 I have both the canister and the upright. The canister is good for the steps and my car. The upright is a shark navigator, bagless of course. There is something cathartic about seeing all that dirt go into the garbage can. Happy vacuuming!

    My beach apartment has no carpeting so I sweep. I get a little pile of lint, sand and hair and then Winnie the yorkiepoo, pounces on it scattering it everywhere, and I give up and put the broom away.

    Trish, that is where the mini version of the vacuum comes in handy…the dustbuster.

    I vote for castration and then use the SAbuster to clean it up.
