Ha! dr e threw a huge fit when I suggested that I take him to a different ophthalmologist. I tried to make it sound like a win-win bc then he could spend visitation just having fun and not doing an exam on a kid having a panic attack. He INSISTED on being Bat’s eye doctor. That was about 2 years ago.
Two years later, he hasn’t done an eye exam on Bat. I sent an email to his office for a contact reorder so that Bat would have plenty of contacts (I wasn’t sure that dr e might start charging me for Bat’s contacts so I wanted to have a couple of months supply on hand).
I got an email back that they’d fill it this time, but Bat needs an exam before next time.
Guess I do need to find a new eye doc for him.
What a complete waste of air. He can’t do his own child’s eye exam? Not that Bat would want him to, but PLEASE.
Teri, I would have to kill him. I would. I still might.
That’s just it, Lynn. He threw this big hissy fit about doing his eye exams, and then this?
Let’s hope visitation ends up the same way as soon as no one is looking.
I bet it will. He will try for awhile to keep messing with you Teri but he will get bored and move on. His crying at mediation says a lot. I don’t think it was for show. I think he’s truly sad he won’t have you to create drama with any more. He needs a scape goat. He’s going to have to start all over and find someone new to torture…..
Didn’t he give you the wrong contact prescription for years, Teri, or am I thinking of something else?
Nope, they are still wrong, Victoria. I just don’t want to go to anyone in town bc he has told them all that I abused him, etc. I’m going to wait until we move to go somewhere.
BTW, he thought I was complaining about not being able to see to make him look stupid and me smart. Like I would intentionally insist on a wrong prescription bc I needed to put him down.
