Good book for every SA. Informative. But not I agree ladies we are NOT co-addicts!

OMG Dawn. This is all so discouraging. Do not trust or believe anything your SA says during the first year after disclosure! I want to get to the place where I stop focusing on his stuff and focus on me. Right now I’m swimming in so much information, trying to figure what on earth hit me. This website makes me wonder why any of us stay, except for those who must stay financially. I get that. 36 years and half the days I’m ready to bolt. What are all these acronyms “SYTBXH”? etc. I get SA and SAH, beyond that, I’m stumped.

STBXH stands for ‘Soon To Be Ex Husband’ – which translates to a State of Bliss! 😉

My STBX’s CSAT says even he can’t tell if a patient is in recovery for at least one year. 5 years minimum for recovery if they work really hard.
