Hi, everyone and Happy New Year!

My son has a problem that he tells me he needs to see a urologist about. He is too embarrassed to talk about it and does not want dad to know anything. Legally I have to tell dad (I doublechecked with my attorney). I made the appointment and sent an email to dad, asking dad to please be sensitive about this matter…

Well, you can guess. Apparently he is the expert on penis problems (including his own), so now I am getting emails about how he treats his problems and his opinion on what Bat should do about his- even though we don’t even know for sure what is going on with Bat. Bat of course is scared to death that dad is going to talk to him about any of this.

My favorite is that dr. e takes vitamins for his crooked penis that he’s had for at least 23 years. And his insistence that having a crooked penis does not lead to any functional problems- I can personally say that is definitely not true.

The fun just never ends. Does he really think anyone wants to hear about his penis? Clearly he does. Do you have any idea how hard it is to keep biting my tongue with these emails?

I think the best solution for his penis problems is a penectomy. I’ve heard it’s MUCH more effective for curing penis problems than a simple castration. Poor Bat. It would be hard to have any positive associations with ANY penis after the number dr. e has done on him. 🙁

    I vote for the Penectomy.

It says a lot about Bat as becoming a mature young man. I can’t believe he knew to ask to see a urologist. Of course, these days it’s all about seeking answers to your problems through the internet. I just shutter to think what he might have come up with in his search for his problem.

As usual Teri, you will handle this with the utmost respect for Bat and his privacy. What his Dad does, is well, just out of your control.

Tricky situation. I’ll be thinking of you. Lets hope it’s just a bladder infection or something simple like that.

    Much love, Claire

    Teri,
I wish legally you did not have to inform Dr. E because Bat doesn’t need anymore abuse especially on such a sensitive and personal matter. Dr E has no insight or judgement and I just hope he doesn’t make this more difficult for Bat than it already is.

Poor Bat, indeed, Daisy. These emails all get forwarded to therapists, attorneys, may end up in court as public documents. It seems cruel and unusual to put a 15 year old innocent boy’s medical problems out there like that. And yet, here we are.

What is it about the crooked penis thing? Wormtongue has always been obsessed about his “curving to the left.” He’s taken vitamins (including some male enhancement quackery) since I’ve known him and as far as I could tell there was no effect on the so-called curvature…

Egads…that Beyoncé song lyric “to the left, to the left” will NOT leave my brain now. :p

OMG, maybe it’s a precursor to sex addictions….maybe they’re just “bent” that way. Bwahahaha

They have to be the expert on everything…except sobriety

dr. e’s is “to the left, to the left” as well. Sorry, Daisy.

I think you are on to something, Mary. I’m thinking of Lynn’s juggler and how he is such an expert on everything, too. Or at least thinks he can fool everyone to believe his BS by making it sound like he’s the authority.

And dr. e has opinions every time I need to get something fixed around the house. I just tell him for the financial information. But he is the expert- even though he fixed only a handful of things the many years he lived in the house, and I couldn’t get him to help- no suddenly he has an opinion on everything.

My favorite- not to fix the crack in the shower floor because we had a new shower installed 12 years ago (we already fixed the shower once, he said). So I should just let mold grow under the shower.

A few opinions here……..I would’ve just paid cash for that dr visit under an anonymous name for Bat so that there was no link to dr e. Teri, don’t take the “must do’s” so literally at times and you know I say that with complete love.

Anyway, it’s just one more thing to blame you for not handling correctly.
Dr BP (meaning ‘bent penis’-points lost Teri for not telling us that before btw!! lol!!!) makes me want to barf…still!!! So many lost jokes on not knowing that so long ago 🙂

And a shower starts to fall apart long before 12 yrs but Mr DIY (aka bent penis) wouldn’t know that I’m sure. I have three full baths to prove it. My house is 13 yrs old and all 3 of my baths are now the current project because they have fallen apart.

I agree with Kimberley on this. I would not let him know this…not at all. Poor Bat. The absolute last thing he needs is Dr E discussing his penis with him. 🙁

I didn’t know a bent penis affected function? I’m not sure I even knew was such a thing as a bent penis? What a learning exp this forum has been!

I would totally lie and say that the situation has “healed itself” so to speak and all is fine, to which Bat recites the same to dr bp.

Then get him to a dr by cash or ask your own dr (if you have a very good relationship with him ) if he/her would allow you to do a pseudonym for Bat for the treatment and you pay cash.

Then its all under the radar………..

Oh and btw…….I met a super cute guy as a rookie in a public forum, fighting a prisoner and we connected later. We dated and I discovered he had a “hook” penis, as I refer to them. I could not believe the curve it had. Holy Shit! Anyway, he ended up having a long term gf in OK which he tried to hide and lied to her about who I was. I’ve never seen or known a “hook” penis since and when I hear bent I think back to this crazy guy who tried to tell his gf that he didn’t know why I was calling.

I hope that mf pos snags it in his zipper. Of course they married 21 yrs ago but still…………he’s an ass!!!

Ok is it bent or curved? I’m confused, again.

Well, it can be either. The problem is caused by scar tissue, and it just depends on where the scar tissue is. BTW, some people can pinpoint a specific trauma as the cause- often trying to have intercourse with a not-quite-fully erect penis- while others have no traumatic event they can attribute it to.

So some people have it so bad they cannot have intercourse. In other cases, it just makes it awkward-I hope this is not TMI, but I would have to lie completely still and dr. e could only move so much or it would pop out. In order to keep it in, he would often basically smash and grind into me, causing rips and much pain in my tender girlie parts. And he would get mad at me if I said anything about it.

I think they all pull one way or the other. Maybe it’s gravity or electromagnetic pull???

    Who really gives a shit.

No, this is more than a little dangle, NAP. Google it (it’s called Peyronie’s).

I’m kind of concerned that it’s why my son wants to see the urologist. It runs in families.
