My husband is a porn addict. From peeking at his phone, trailing the computer secretly for 8 months before busting him out and having our 2nd d day, it only appears he viewed porn with a few trips to the local adult bookstore. His last trip caused me to kick him out to go live with his parents who he finally told about his pa. I never saw secret email accts, chatting/im’ing with anyone. No dating sites were ever visited so for that I was thankful, if there is such a thing in regards to porn. Staring at and losing his train of thought mid sentence when attractive women were around us also has been disgusting. Questioning why our sex life stopped was the beginning of my quest to figure out what the hell happened. I had pre conceived notions that sex addicts wanted sex all the time and had affairs. I learned this was not true in every case. NOT wanting sex is one aspect of porn addiction. I was stunned to say the least. The apologies, the promises, the lies, the denials, the minimizing and the total disregard for how this has hurt me as a woman and wife has me in severe doubt as to the future of my marriage. Watching other people having sex or waiting until a wife is not around to masturbate or surf the internet is cheating-no matter what anyone says.

I came to this site to the get the support I have so badly needed and often times have not gotten from therapy.
